1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (ultratvmounting.com) or hiring Ultra TV Mounting LLC for installation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

Ultra TV Mounting LLC provides professional TV mounting, wire concealment, and related handyman services. All quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing is subject to on-site verification of the wall structure and project scope.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Property Authority: By booking our services, you confirm that you are the property owner or have obtained explicit permission from the landlord/property manager to drill into the walls and perform the requested installation.
• Work Area: You agree to ensure the installation area is reasonably clear of fragile items, furniture, and obstacles prior to the technician's arrival.
• Disclosures: You must disclose any known internal wall hazards (e.g., hidden plumbing, non-standard electrical wiring) prior to installation.

4. Warranties and Workmanship Guarantee

We stand by our work. Ultra TV Mounting LLC provides a 45 Days Workmanship Guarantee on the structural integrity of brackets we mount to standard wood studs, concrete, or brick.

• Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover hardware failure of third-party TV brackets provided by the customer, damage caused by external physical force (e.g., pulling, hanging on the TV), or pre-existing structural weaknesses in the customer's drywall or studs.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Ultra TV Mounting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any property damage directly caused by our negligence during installation is limited to the cost of the services provided or the coverage limits of our General Liability insurance policy.

6. Payment Terms

Payment in full is due immediately upon the completion of the installation services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in Broward County, Florida.
